Lead Data Manager
The team lead is responsible for overseeing the management and implementation of data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, striking a balance between leadership and hands-on execution.
* Data Architecture & Management: Design and oversee data architecture, governance frameworks, and lifecycle processes to ensure scalability, security, and compliance across systems.
* Data Integration & ETL: Develop and manage ETL processes, integrations, and data pipelines across systems (ERP, CRM, analytics platforms).
* Data Quality & Governance: Oversee data quality initiatives including cleansing, deduplication, and master data management.
* Analytics & Reporting: Support the design and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics, ensuring alignment to business needs and promoting data-driven decision-making.
