About the Role
As a Stock Controller at Flocon, you'll be an essential part of our operations team, ensuring that our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory of materials, parts, and equipment
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to secure timely deliveries and competitive pricing
* Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with production teams to forecast and plan for material requirements
* Conducting regular stocktakes and maintaining accurate inventory records
* Processing purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation with attention to detail
* Identifying cost-saving opportunities and contributing ideas for continuous improvement of purchasing and stock control processes
## About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management (experience in a manufacturing environment is highly regarded)
* Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Has experience with inventory control and conducting stocktakes
* Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills
* Enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Takes pride in their work and strives for accuracy and efficiency
