Green Gold Energy (GGE) is a fast-growing renewable energy company delivering end-to-end solutions across solar project development, EPC delivery, O&M operations, and energy retail. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish practical HR systems and support the stable, compliant growth of our multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across Development, EPC, O&M and Energy Retail (including contractors/temporary workforce where required)
* Establish and maintain HR compliance in line with Australian employment requirements (contracts, onboarding, probation, leave, records and policies)
* Partner with leaders to drive goal/OKR cadence, capability development and talent pipelines
* Manage employee relations and performance improvement processes with fairness and consistency
* Support EPC/O&M teams with WHS-related administrative and compliance records (inductions, training registers, contractor documentation), focusing on governance and evidence — not replacing site-based WHS/HSE leadership
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' HR experience in Australia, including strong HR Generalist / HRBP capability
* At least 2 years' experience as an HR Manager or equivalent HR leadership role
* Proven recruitment experience across professional and technical/field-based roles
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Mandarin Chinese preferred / highly regarded
