Operations Manager
The role of Operations Manager is vital to the team's success. The successful candidate will oversee and support cargo operations, including warehouse and office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cargo Operation Management: Deliver customer-centric cargo operations by supervising, organizing, and coordinating work areas during operational shifts.
* Team Leadership: Provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to achieve high levels of performance and service excellence.
* Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources to meet operational requirements and Service Level Agreements.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
* Compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain a positive safety culture focused on awareness and vigilance.
* Conduct work in accordance with established HSE protocols.
Essential Criteria:
* Demonstrated leadership experience in driving a customer-centric service culture.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Prior experience in a highly controlled and regulated industry, with the ability to lead, translate, implement, and manage compliance into standard operations.
* Understanding of business processes and ability to drive improvement initiatives.
