About the Role
* Support store operations, retail standards and customer experience
* Lead inventory management including replenishment, stock integrity, backfill, inbounds/outbounds and night fill
* Analyse sales, trends and promotions to drive performance and VM outcomes
* Support rostering, safety leadership and team development
* Liaise with internal stakeholders including category and visual teams
What you'll bring
* Retail leadership experience (big‐box retail ideal)
* Strong inventory or operational capability (highly desirable)
* Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
* A customer‐first mindset and commitment to safety
* Automotive or mechanical knowledge is a bonus – not essential
