**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring general ledger entries and journal entries are up to date.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets to support decision-making.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to optimise financial management.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project expenses and allocate costs appropriately.
- Resolve financial queries and issues by liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Officer, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
