We're on the hunt for a passionate cook to join our team at Criminal Coffee Company - a cafe and coffee roastery with a vibe like no other. Our kitchen is all about quality, creativity and good energy.

What you'll be doing:
* Crafting next level gourmet toasted sandwiches that keep our customers coming back
* Creating exciting monthly specials and helping evolve our menu
* Managing kitchen prep, stock and COGs with attention to detail
* Maintaining a clean, efficient and positive kitchen environment
* Working closely with our epic team to deliver consistency and great food.
What we're looking for:
* Experience as a cook or chef
* Fast food or quick service kitchen experience is required
* Minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience is required
* A creative approach to simple food done well
* Solid understanding of cost of goods and portion control
* Reliability and commitment to a 5-day roster (no nights)
* Availability to work both weekend days is essential
* Flexible availability to work various shifts as required
* Availability for day shifts only is required
* Someone who thrives in a fun, fast paced and collaborative environment.
