**The role**
**Responsibilities**
- Identify leads and develop relationships with potential partners to drive business from prospect through to active partnerships across relevant partnership tiers
- Build corporate relationships across various industries which align with the charity's offerings
- Generation of pipeline and management of conversion of new partners to agreed timelines and budgets
- Implementation of the partnership framework - principal, major partner, partner, supporter, and expo sponsorship
- Develop and deliver pitches and presentations to potential partners
- Account manage partnerships and develop engaged and meaningful long standing relationships
- Contract negotiation and review aligned to partnership framework
- Reporting of lead generation, conversion and partnership roll out execution
- Budget - Analysis, forecasting and reporting as directed by Head of Partnerships
**Skills and experiences**
- Experience in business development from either a commercial or fundraising setting
- A self-starter who shows initiative and can work with senior contacts to generate and drive new business with strong writing and reporting skills
- Confident in prospecting through to pitching to C suite level
- Able to work towards individual financial targets and exceed revenue goals
- Demonstrated success working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- A strong sales drive and ability to build long term sustainable partnerships
- You will thrive in a fast-paced environment independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- A true passion and desire to work with an inspirational organisation in the health sector
