Store Managers are trusted to run their business properly, not just manage the roster. Your New Role: You will take full accountability for the overall performance of the store. That means owning sales results, wage control, stock accuracy and team culture, not just supervising the day to day. This is a hands on leadership position. You will spend time on the floor, supporting customers, coaching your team and keeping standards tight across stock flow and safety. The product range is broad and inventory levels are significant, so being across all the moving parts is a must. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, protecting margin and managing expenses Leading and developing a team across service, trade sales and operations Managing roster planning and wage spend in line with budget Overseeing stock control, shrinkage and replenishment processes Maintaining safe work practices and compliance standards Building strong relationships with repeat trade customers and local businesses Working closely with senior leadership to improve store performance This role suits an experienced leader who enjoys structure, clear targets and being accountable for results.
