Leadership Role - Dispensary Management
Tasmania's second-largest hospital, Launceston General Hospital, provides inpatient and ambulatory services to the surrounding area with 349 inpatient beds onsite. As a Dispensary Team Leader, you will work collaboratively with clinical pharmacists and medical teams to provide comprehensive, efficient, and accountable pharmacy services for hospital inpatients and outpatients.
Main responsibilities include:
* Extensive experience and advanced knowledge in dispensing, patient counseling, clinical pharmacy, manufacturing, and medicines information
* Advanced knowledge of standards, legislation, codes of practice, and workplace guidelines relevant to the area of practice
* Managing resource allocation against competing priorities, including pharmaceutical funding processes
