We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for customer-facing positions.
About the Role:
Acting as the face of our recruitment solution, you'll work closely with key stakeholders and hiring managers, identify and present top-tier talent, influence hiring decisions, and deliver strategic, value-added recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and take a consultative approach
* Manage high-volume recruitment with support from the sourcing team
* Navigate ambiguity with resilience and adaptability
* Represent the client's brand with professionalism and deliver a superior candidate experience
* This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in the client's office
