About This Role
* Manage multiple projects from contract award through to handover
* Coordinate site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality
* Drive project schedules and proactively manage project milestones
* Monitor safety, compliance, and quality standards across all projects
* Report regularly on management on progress and performance
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential or multi-residential construction
* Strong understanding of construction processes, budgets, and programs
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously
* QBCC License and relevant construction qualifications preferred
