The role can have the opportunity to work across both Caulfield and Wheelers Hill Campuses to provide additional support and maintain compliance when students take part in their examinations.Reporting to the Chief Exam Supervisor you will manage a section of the exam room and supervise students to ensure that they follow the examination rules, ensuring fairness and compliance. You will also help prepare the exam site and provide support guiding students to their seats, handing in exam papers, and receiving additional support or materials if required.The VCAA requirements to be an Assistant Exam Supervisors state that you are not:Related to, or associated with, any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025 at the school where I am employed.Teaching any student required to sit the GAT or teaching any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025.Tutoring a student required to sit the GAT or tutoring a student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025 at the school where I am employed.Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT, or any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment materials at the school where I am employed.Employed at the school as a teacher (excluding CRT) or member of the administration staff.Our Key Dates For Examinations Are As Follows6th June – 19th June – Semester 1 Exams (year 10 and 11)17th June – The GAT21st July – Unit 3 Trials (English and Maths subjects)30th Sept – 6th Oct – Unit ¾ Trials28th Oct – 19th Nov – VCE Written Trials10th – 20th Nov – Semester 2 Exams (years 9-11)Key D utiesBe available for all key examination datesAdhere to all VCAA rules and regulations, ensuring there are no conflicts of interest.
