As a Cancer Care Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized and coordinated care for patients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, providing expert clinical advice, and facilitating communication between patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. You should have a strong ability to coordinate and plan care across the continuum, demonstrate commitment to quality patient care, and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will have current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, a minimum of 5 years nursing experience in oncology, and postgraduate qualifications in oncology nursing or a related field.
