As our business continues to expand, we're looking for a driven and relationship focused Insurance Broker who wants to take ownership, grow a portfolio, and make a real impact across Regional Victoria.
The Opportunity
This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and genuine career growth. While the client base is centred around Horsham, you can be based anywhere within the Regional Victoria area, giving you the freedom to design your workweek and work predominantly from home. You will be required to travel to Horsham for client meetings and attend our Warragul & Traralgon office from time to time for team engagement and collaboration.

What You'll Do
* Manage a diverse client portfolio and deliver exceptional, personalised insurance solutions.
* Drive business development across Regional Victoria and Melbourne, identifying growth opportunities in your local area.
* Build strong, long term relationships that drive retention, referrals, and portfolio expansion.
* Navigate complex risks and insurance markets to secure the best outcomes for clients.
* Develop strategic risk management plans tailored to client needs and regulatory expectations.
* Proactively identify cross sell and up sell opportunities across your portfolio.
What You'll Bring
* Experience as an Insurance Broker or in a related insurance industry role.
* A confident understanding of complex risks and market placement.
* A proactive business development mindset and a desire to grow a client portfolio.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Minimum Tier 1 qualification in insurance broking or equivalent.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking capability.
* Familiarity with insurance software platforms and the Microsoft suite.
