We require an experienced Senior Sommelier to lead our wine program. You will need excellent wine knowledge and relationships in the industry to continue to curate our wine offerings. You will need to demonstrate excellent system management and skills to offer a diverse list whilst considering stock management and planned cellaring.
You will be a strong leader to a small wine team whilst also working cohesively with kitchen and front of house management.
