What's the role?
You'll be supporting some of Australia's most impactful healthcare businesses, helping them grow and thrive by building strong relationships and delivering smart, tailored financial solutions.
What do I need?
* Solid commercial lending experience, including complex deal structuring
* Advanced credit skills—cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis, and risk assessment
* Proven ability to build and grow client relationships, with a focus on business development
* A well‐established network of referral sources and the confidence to expand it
* Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, but not essential; your expertise and mindset matter most
