Our team at #AAA is growing, and we would love to welcome anOccupational Therapist in theLiverpool and surrounding areas .Full time or part time roles available.
Please note: we will be closed from 20th December until 5 January. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted in January.
In this role you will:
* Complete functional assessments with participants in their homes and community environments.
* Set meaningful, person-centred goals informed by real life routines and support needs.
* Provide recommendations for environmental modifications across home, school and work settings.
* Identify and prescribe appropriate Assistive Technology to support independence.
* Collaborate with families, support coordinators and the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Proven ability to work independently in a community setting.
* Strong communication and relationship building skills.
* Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
