We are beauty and body piercing supply B2C & B2B business, offering beauty salon owners the best in beauty supplies, equipment, jewellery and skincare that are essential to making your businesses grow. We are currently seeking a full-time ICT Business Analyst to join our team.

Main Duties

* Collaborate with sales, marketing, warehouse, and customer service teams to gather and document ICT system requirements that support online retail, wholesale operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

* Review and analyse current workflows in e-commerce, point-of-sale, stock management, and logistics to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations.

* Assess system and process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements in inventory control, order processing, and customer service systems to enhance business performance.

* Plan, resource, and manage projects such as new software rollouts, platform integrations, and process automation, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

* Oversee deployment of system upgrades or new solutions, including testing, validation, and ensuring accuracy of stock, sales, and customer data.

* Develop guides, and training sessions for staff to effectively use inventory, e-commerce, and order management systems.

* Prepare detailed functional specifications in assisting to create solutions that meet the operational needs of beauty supply retail and wholesale functions.

* Translate business processes and data flows into system models and specifications that support accurate stock tracking, order processing, and sales reporting.

* Serve as the key ICT liaison, offering guidance to management and teams on system decisions, process improvements, and technology adoption to support business growth.

Required Qualification & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or other related field. Or at least five years of relevant experience can substitute for the qualification.

* At least 1-2 years of proven experience.

* Experience with project planning, testing, and system deployment.

* Proficient in creating user guides, training, and documentation.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

* Experience with ERP, CRM, inventory, or e-commerce systems is a plus.

Salary

Annual salary range for this position is between 75,000 to $90,000 plus super. Actual remuneration to commensurate with skills and experience.
