**ITW Polymers & Fluids** has manufacturing operations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with our leading brands widely used in both the Automotive After Market with **WYNN'S, SEPTONE, RAINX, SLIME, CHEMTECH, PERMATEX** and in the Mining, Infrastructure and Industrial Markets with **GALMET, DEVCON, APPLIED, EPIREZ AND ROCOL.**
Understanding ITW's market share, competitors, segment drivers and customer needs, you will play a key role in supporting the Brand & Product Managers to deliver profitable market share growth. You will write and publish content across various digital assets including websites, social media and electronic digital markets and will be actively involved in executing our promotional campaigns and key marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate & execute promotional campaigns with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and social media
- Coordinate the development of digital sales enablement & training tools
- Collaborate with our international divisions in the US and Europe on content and strategy creation
- Manage Promotions across digital / social media / catalogues / events
- Analyse product lifecycle management including NPD launch & portfolio simplification
- Manage external providers and liaise with Industry Partners
**To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Engineering
- Ideally 12 months relevant experience
- Confident digital marketing and social media skills across a range of platforms
- A flair for copywriting coupled with strong attention to detail
- High level computer literacy underpinned by well-developed analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
