We're currently seeking full time, permanent Grain Handlers for our Southern Victoria sites at Lakaput and Lake Bolac with an immediate start. This essential role supports the efficient and safe operations of our grain handling and storage facilities, helping to ensure our grain meets the highest standards.
What you'll be doing.
* Operating grain handling machinery and equipment to receive, store, and load out grain.
* Perform quality checks and monitoring grain and product condition throughout the handling process
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Comply to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe and compliant workplace
* Work closely with the wider team and ensure clear communication of site requirements to our drivers.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in grain handling or similar agricultural operations
* Confidence using grain handling equipment and machinery
* High level of attention to detail and record keeping accuracy
* Strong communication skills and customer first attitude
* A commitment to safety and compliance
* A team-focused mindset attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced setting
* Good time management, and organisational skills.
* Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours during peak periods
* Experience with Front End Loader, Telehandler/Forklift licences along with Confined Space Entry qualification would be advantageous
