We are looking for an ambitious sales driven leader to work closely with and support the Store Manager in achieving personal and store sales targets and KPIs at Armidale.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Lead a high performing team by supervising, inspiring and guiding them to achieve business objectives.
 2. Run a successful business with a proven track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs.
 3. Provide exceptional customer service experiences that exceed customer expectations.
 4. Develop a passion for merchandising and stock management while thriving in a busy sales environment.
 5. Coach and provide feedback to Team Members to support their career development.
What You Will Be Doing:
 1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
 2. Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving your personal sales targets.
 3. Coach and train Team Members to become top performers.
 4. Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control.
 5. Maintain operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasks.
