About the Role:
You will be directly supporting the lead agent and their team in all facets of the real estate sales process, with responsibilities including:
- Generating current business through high volume prospecting including letterbox drops, door-knocking, and outbound cold calls.
- Assisting at open inspections and supporting active buyer management.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM with leads, client notes, and communications.
- Booking appraisals and following up warm leads and nurturing long-term client relationships
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Professional presentation and a confident, polished manner both over the phone and in-person.
- Outstanding communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- A proven ability to build rapport quickly and foster strong relationships.
- A motivated, resilient, and proactive attitude with a hunger for success.
- Basic tech skills (CRM and Google platforms).
- Previous sales or customer service experience is highly regarded.
- A genuine passion for real estate and delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Certificate of Registration or real estate licence (or willingness to obtain).
