Practice Manager | North Sydney | Chartered Accounting Firm

A large Chartered Accountancy firm in North Sydney looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join a busy team.
**Your new role**
This is a fast-paced role with Admin, HR and Accounting duties as well as various support tasks to the leadership teams.
- Manage the administration, IT and HR functions to ensure resources are aligned with business strategy and plan objectives
- Coordinate business budgeting, reporting, payroll and accounts
- Provide executive support for Leadership Team meetings
- Manage all facilities enquiries with building manager and suppliers
- Work effectively with HR provider to manage the HRIS system, onboarding, contracts, performance reviews and policies and procedures
- Troubleshooting for IT and escalating matters to IT provider. Maintain logins, subscriptions, licences and equipment
- Co-ordinate marketing efforts with providers to manage content creation, graphic design and website maintenance
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to have experience as a Practice Manager or similar role.
- Experience with Xero/XPM
- Experience with Employment Hero or other HRIS/payroll systems
- AR and/or Payroll experience is required
- Well-organised with excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritise
- Exceptional attention to detail
