About the role:
This 2 year Traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:
* IT service desk support and professional customer service
* Microsoft cloud services and user administration
* Network infrastructure and connectivity troubleshooting
* Ticketing systems, monitoring platforms and real-world IT environments
We are looking for someone who is:
* Passionate about technology and has a strong desire to build a long-term IT career
* Able to display basic technical knowledge
* Hands-on and has an interest in computers (e.g. building PCs, setups, troubleshooting)
* Customer-focused with strong communication skills
* Willing to learn and can adapt in a fast-paced environment
