**As an Office Administrator, you would be managing and supporting the business in the following areas**:
This role is responsible for providing exceptional Worklife facility management and service to our customers. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day office/showroom maintenance, vendor, stationaries, product material catalogues, and IT asset management.

**What would you be doing**:

- Support sales team on product material catalogues maintenance and sales proposal tracking.
- Track and maintain tender documents.
- Maintain IT assets, and work closely with 3rd party service providers on network servicing, laptop, and hardware repair and services. Prepare IT assets for new joiners.
- Review office vendor & supplier quotes from time to time, process Purchase Orders, ensure timely replenishment of office supplies, and facilities management.
- Provide support in coordinating the office event calendar and the Managing Director's schedule.
- Support new joiner onboarding schedule and booking for network list.
- Coordinate and organized business events in the showroom.
- Attend to walk-in customers.
- Answering telephone calls and directing the caller to the right person or taking messages.

**Must have skills**:

- Dynamic and energetic individual, who easily engages with clients and understands the importance of building relationships.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in administrative and office facility management.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional customer experience.
- Confident and comfortable in making autonomous decisions when required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

**Education**:

- Degree Holder

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Pyrmont, NSW 2009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
