Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Officer to join our team, providing support for our finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various financial duties, ensuring accurate and timely processing and reporting of financial functions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Paying staff and suppliers on time
* Managing accounts payable and receivable tasks
* Performing general finance duties as required
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role with skills in payroll and accounts management
* Strong knowledge of accounting systems and processes
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy
* A positive attitude and ability to work independently
