**Loader Operator Role Summary**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our production mining team as a Loader Operator. You will operate machinery efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output, comply with company policies and procedures, and respond to instructions from the mining supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating Machinery: Ensure efficient, safe, and competent operation of machinery to achieve maximum output.
* Policies Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
* Instruction Response: Respond promptly to instructions from the mining supervisor.
* Maintenance: Maintain floor levels, minimize dilution, and achieve design parameters within acceptable tolerances.
* Stockpile Management: Maintain stockpiles, dumps, and haul roads to ensure flow in a safe and efficient manner.
* Material Movement: Operate, drive, and move material as directed to prepare operating areas and roads.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years' experience operating a CAT 994 Loader in a production mining environment, including loading at the ROM.
* Equivalent experience in Komatsu WA or Le Tourneau equipment.
* Strong mining operation skills, with ability to maintain pit floors and bunds in a production mining environment.
* Solid knowledge of ore markups and pit configuration.
* Demonstrated commitment to health and safety at all times.
