In this Job you will:
As the Planning Analyst at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. Use your strong analytical skills to drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all wave-related activities, including pre-release prep, release, hourly tracking, and post-wave analysis to maintain operational rhythm and performance visibility.
- Develop, revise, and validate labour plans using real-time data and forecast inputs. Optimize capacity across shifts and contribute to weekly and monthly accuracy reporting.
- Engage directly with floor operations to validate plans, identify inefficiencies, and drive CI initiatives that improve accuracy, flow, and team effectiveness.
- Maintain clean, audit-ready system inputs and deliver timely, high-quality reports. Execute admin tasks with consistency to support planning workflows and decision-making.
- Advanced MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS and Access
- Experience to Automated warehouse environment preference with an Autostore system.
- Strong experience on a Planning position
- Advanced analytical & problem solving skills
- Experience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge
- Analytical and operational reasoning with the ability to generate and support innovation
- Personal resilience. Able to sustain a high level of energy and positivity during pressure
