The WHS Trainee assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the WHS/E Team and supports the team through all WHS-related matters, such as in the communication of WHS matters, investigation and reporting of incidents, injuries and hazards, and the maintaining of WHS records.
As a Trainee, you will be responsible for learning on the job under your supervisor as well as off the job with your training provider to complete your nationally recognised qualification. It is expected that all trainees will maintain a high level of professionalism during their traineeship and expect that all tasks carried out are in line with what is requested of them. The candidate will be required to complete a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
