Job Description
We seek a high-performing sales professional to generate leads, convert new business and promote tyre and conveyor belt recycling services across key industries.
* Generate and qualify outbound leads via phone, email, LinkedIn and in-person visits.
* Conduct discovery meetings and tailor sales pitches to client pain points and compliance needs.
* Build a strong pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
* Manage customer data, sales activity and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
* Attend industry events and site visits to promote recycling services.
* Collaborate with operations, logistics and management teams to onboard new clients seamlessly.
* Provide feedback from the field to assist with strategic sales planning, pricing and product positioning.

* Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
* Number of outbound touchpoints per week.
* Lead-to-client conversion rate.
* Revenue and new account acquisition.

* Valid driver's license required for on-site meetings and industry expos.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
