The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining custom functionality across the Salesforce platform. The role designs and delivers high-quality, scalable, and reusable solutions that extend Salesforce's native capabilities, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
Day to day:
* Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and OmniScripts
* Implement complex integrations and data flows using APIs and middleware
* Collaborate with architects to define reusable frameworks and scalable solutions
* Write efficient, well-tested, and maintainable code aligned with best practices
* Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and peer reviews
* Contribute to CI/CD automation, deployment improvements, and testing frameworks
* Support defect triage and resolution during testing and release phases
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
* 5–8 years Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds
* Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio
* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); PDII or JavaScript Developer I preferred
* Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and data synchronisation patterns
* Experience in enterprise-scale environments (3,000+ users, 300+ support staff)
* Proficient in Git, DevOps pipelines, and automated testing practices
* Collaborative, solution-focused mindset and a drive to continuously improve platform quality
