Rossmore Carpentry Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Staircase Manufacturer/ Carpenter Joiner. We are looking for a highly motivated and capable staircase manufacturer to join our expanding team at Rossmore Carpentry. Negotiable Wages for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing
* Manufacture custom staircases to client specifications
* Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
* Operate power tools and machinery safely and effectively
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines
* Collaborate with the design team to bring conceptual ideas to life
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in staircase manufacturing
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
