The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Lawyer, Associate or Senior Associate to join our Sydney Corporate Finance team, supporting Norman Donato. Norman has a broad base corporate and finance practice and the role will include a range of matters including corporate finance, property and construction finance, fund work, asset finance, receivables financing and advisory work in multiple fields including PPSA.
The role will suit a candidate that enjoys a variety of matters, solving various legal issues and building trusting relationship with clients.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have between 2-6 years' experience in banking and finance, commercial and/or property law gained in a reputable firm. We are seeking a lawyer who prides themselves on their commitment, resilience and can work independently on matters. You must have excellent client service skills and a strong work ethic.
