Living Waters Lutheran College is seeking a highly organised and adaptable Relief Administrator to provide casual, as‐needed support across our front office and student services functions.
As a key first point of contact for the College, you will deliver friendly, professional customer service to students, parents, staff, and visitors while ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day operation of administrative services during staff absences. This varied role may include reception duties, student attendance and medical support, general administration, and assisting across multiple areas of the College.
This position requires a flexible and proactive individual who can quickly learn procedures, manage competing priorities, and maintain a calm and professional approach in a busy school environment. Availability at short notice and a willingness to work across different administrative functions are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing reception and front office support, including managing phone and in‐person enquiries
* Supporting student services, including attendance processes and basic first aid/medical needs
* Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
* Assisting with communication between the College and families
* Maintaining accurate records and upholding confidentiality at all times
