As ourSupply Chain Performance Manager, you'll lead end-to-end inventory control and performance across AMS - with a strong focus on Club Assist.
Reporting to the General Manager - Procurement, Supply Chain & Product Engineering, you'll drive IBP/S&OP discipline, standardise national processes, and elevate KPI hygiene and accountability.
This role is based inMelbourne or Sydneyunder ahybridarrangement (minimum three days onsite weekly).
What you'll do
Own national inventory control for direct materials (incl. automotive batteries) to meet service and cost objectives.
Develop and embed inventory policies and procedures; minimise stockouts, excess and obsolescence; benchmark processes nationally.
Lead the IBP cadence with strong S&OP focus, aligning demand, supply and financial targets across business units.
Lift stock accuracy and reverse-logistics discipline across states (rotations, scrap reduction).
Balance availability vs. capital optimisation while meeting customer SLAs.
Monitor KPIs, report insights and improvement recommendations to senior leaders.
Champion tech and best practice adoption in inventory control and IBP.
What you'll bring
5+ years' supply chain leadership, with deep experience in inventory management and performance improvement.
Data-driven decision making; strong analytics and KPI storytelling.Process optimisation across multi-site operations; continuous improvement mindset.
Stakeholder influence across Operations, Sales and Finance.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Nice to have: ASCI/CIPS accreditation; project and risk management experience.
