About The Role

We are currently seeking a Clinic Administration Officer / Medical Screener to join our Wollongong clinic on a full-time basis (38 hours per week).

Reporting to the Practice Manager, this is a varied role that combines administration, customer service and clinical screening tasks. You will play a key role in supporting clinic operations and delivering a high level of service to our clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities

Your Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

Reception and general administrative supportProcessing medical bookings and appointment coordinationResults management and record administrationAdministering health questionnairesConducting preliminary medical assessmentsSpecimen collection, including supervision of drug and alcohol testingAudiometry and spirometry testingInvoicing and billing support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be highly organised with strong administration skillsDemonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsHave strong attention to detail and accuracyBe motivated to provide high-quality service to staff and clientsBe willing to travel to Parramatta for training

Previous medical, clinical or reception experience will be highly regarded, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
