The Opportunity
As Leasing Team Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end leasing process and lead a dedicated team to deliver a seamless experience for landlords and tenants.
You'll be the central point of coordination, ensuring properties are leased efficiently, communication is clear and standards remain consistently high.
This role suits someone who enjoys leading from the front, improving systems and supporting others to perform at their best.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Leading and coordinating the leasing function from application through to move-in
* Managing owner communication, feedback calls and professional leasing recommendations
* Overseeing advertising, photography, virtual tours and signage for rental properties
* Guiding and supporting an offshore processing team to ensure productivity and priorities are met
* Ensuring inspection reporting, approvals and tenancy sign-ups run smoothly and on time
* Working closely with the Property Management team to manage changeovers and start dates
* Acting as the go-to leader for leasing enquiries, problem-solving and process improvement
* Conducting inspections and viewings when required
About You
* A confident communicator who enjoys leading people and processes
* Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
* Customer-focused with a solutions-driven mindset
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
* Experienced in leadership, coordination or senior customer service roles
* Real estate experience is valued but not essential - we welcome candidates from hospitality, retail, operations or other leadership-based industries
Essential Requirements
* Current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
* Unrestricted Queensland Driver's Licence
* Right to work in Australia
