Job Overview
The role of a Sales Conversion Specialist is to convert a large volume of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up and drip campaigns. This individual will create systems to maximize effectiveness in converting leads, track success metrics, and suggest improvements in follow-up techniques and tools.
This position requires not only an administrative mindset but also a sales-oriented approach. The ideal candidate is well-organized, service-minded, and possesses good interpersonal skills.
The Sales Conversion Specialist must be disciplined in handling new leads and information requests from prospects, demonstrating high focus and organization to complete their tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Maintain follow-up with previous contacts to schedule appointments.
* Qualify seller motivation using the Lead Sheet script and schedule appointments.
* Prioritize outbound calls to past leads not contacted within the first four days.
* Manage call lists and database entry daily.
* Handle inbound calls and leads.
* Determine whether the seller is a good candidate for a cash offer or listing their home through prospecting.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Daily communication with Acquisition Agents, VA's, Lead Manager, and other Sales Conversion Specialists.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with contact management software and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
* Good organizational abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Data entry and research skills.
* A minimum of a high school diploma.
* One to three years of service and management experience.
* Three to five years of administrative experience.

Compensation
