About the Role
We are seeking a driven professional to lead a new initiative. As a Sports and Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering program activities, tracking progress, and collaborating with stakeholders to create opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver program activities, including recruitment of participants, coaches, mentors, and leaders.
* Implement strategies aligned with grant objectives for sustainable growth.
* Track, evaluate, and report on program progress, participant feedback, and outcomes.
* Oversee operations and finances to ensure effective use of resources.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to create opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
* Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate and implement programs or initiatives.
* Strong communication skills to engage diverse groups.
* Experience in or a willingness to understand working within grant guidelines.
* Working with Vulnerable Children's Card (essential).
* Excellent computer knowledge in Excel, Outlook, Word.
