Telstra Belmont store is hiring a Retail Consultant to join the team on a Full-Time basis. What you'll do
Showcase your product knowledge and provide consultative service to customers
Support customers with the latest in tech and gadgets and develop customised solutions
Engage with customers to understand needs and provide solutions that meet targets and KPIs
About you
You're able to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
You can quickly develop customised solutions for customers
You're driven to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
You're eager to learn and grow within the role
You have experience in a customer-facing role
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while delivering excellent customer service
