Occupational Therapist - Return to Work Specialist
We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team. In this role, you will work within a small team, serving clients in both private and public health sectors. The role involves local travel and includes assessments, Return to Work, and Injury Management Services.
* Develop and implement plans addressing barriers to returning to work post-injury, assisting injured workers with safe and durable return-to-work plans with their pre-injury or new employer.
* Participate actively in managing workers' compensation claims.
* Liaise with injured workers, health professionals, employers, insurance agents, legal providers, and WHS as needed.
* Provide high-quality customer service to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, achieving positive outcomes and maximizing business opportunities.
* Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment to promote health outcomes for injuries and illnesses.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
This role requires an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist, a valid Australian Driver's License, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and organizational skills, and high-level report writing abilities.
