* Casual Role-- Available across the 5-day week (between Monday to Friday)
* Earn up to $43+ per hour, plus Superannuation
* 10hrs+ per week- Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care periods
* Split Shift Allowance

About the role:-
* A reliable motor vehicle to drive to and from the work site.
* Have fun and support the delivery of a rewarding and engaging program that guides children to explore, ignite their curiosity, learn, and play at our OSHC.
* Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
* Support the program planning, preparation, and service delivery to company and regulatory standards and policies.
* Ability to document the delivery of the educational program, children's interests and assessments of their learning and development needs with support systems in place.
* Support and delivery of industry standard requirements (NQF, Child Care Regulations) and with knowledge of the sector.
* Provide and support a caring environment that is safe, clean, and nurturing for families and the school community.
* Ability to create respectful relationships with children, families and the school community.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and communication skills.
* Ability to use and navigate technology (emails, software, work, printer, tablet, Apps).
Experience and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is preferred.
* Working towards an approved Diploma Level qualification or has completed a minimum Diploma level qualification in either the Early Years, School Aged, Education or Allied Health sector.
* Hold a First Aid level 4 certificate or be willing to complete.
* Willing or has completed the Government Child Safe Training prior to employment commencement.
* Hold a Working With Children Check (P-Status)
