This role is an exciting opportunity to coordinate, deliver, and evaluate clinical nurse education programs at the health centre level. The primary focus will be on improving and developing the clinical skills and competencies of staff working in areas of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver clinical nurse education programs.
* Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
* Work with healthcare professionals to identify educational needs and develop targeted programs.
* Maintain accurate records of program delivery and outcomes.
Requirements:
* Degree in nursing or a related field.
* Current registration as a nurse with the relevant state/territory nursing authority.
* Proven experience in clinical nurse education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
