We\'re looking for an experiencedFull-Time or Casual Electricianwith expertise incontrol circuits,fault finding, andreading wiring diagrams to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for commercial and industrial clients, with a focus on control circuits and motor control systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, utilizing strong fault-finding skills to ensure minimal downtime.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to ensure proper installation and troubleshooting.
- Perform installations and assist in projects, ensuring protected and timely completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, including service reports, materials used, and follow-up actions and Coc’s.
- Flexibility to work overtime, shift work, and weekends as required to meet business needs.
- Travel across the Barossa Valley and surrounding areas to service various job sites.
Requirements
- Strong background in commercial and industrial electrical systems, including installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ability to install and maintain domestic services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical faults effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime, shift work, and weekends as needed.
- Valid electrical license
- Valid driver’s license
- Hand tools
- Optional: Any additional certifications or specialized experience in electrical systems or mobile machinery.
