The Opportunity
This role leads and shapes the marketing strategy for a top Immunology portfolio within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. By partnering with senior stakeholders, the position ensures the development and execution of impactful marketing plans for both current and upcoming indications, driving portfolio growth, market presence, and patient impact.
Responsibilities
* Champion and lead the brand strategy, serving as the primary advocate responsible for driving the brand vision and ensuring the brand's leadership and competitiveness in the market.
* Inspire cross‑functional teams by fostering a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and shared ownership of goals.
* Lead the execution and tracking of strategic and tactical plans.
* Develop short‑term and long‑term product plans to deliver brand competitiveness and sustained market positioning.
* Understand stakeholder expectations and develop partnerships with medical organisations, opinion leaders, consumers, patients, clients, and other enterprises to support J&N Immunology.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Medical, Sales, Patient Experience, Customer Experience, Corporate & Government Affairs, Market Access) to optimise solutions for stakeholders.
* Set, measure and report on key performance indicators to demonstrate effectiveness of key product strategy & tactics and seek ways to improve efficiency.
* Monitor and analyse market dynamics, performance indicators and financial reports to identify opportunities to maximise the brand and portfolio.
About You
* Preferred minimum education: Bachelor's degree in science, communications, business/commerce.
* Consistent track record of success in leading a brand for 3‑5+ years.
* 5+ years in pharmaceutical marketing and other relevant experience preferred.
* Experience and capability in digital and understanding of omnichannel marketing approaches.
* External market knowledge and analysis skills.
* Data‑driven decision making and strategic thinking with a strong customer focus.
* Brand leadership and integrated planning experience.
* Stakeholder collaboration and leadership & influencing skills.
* Strong communication skills and creative & innovative mindset.
* Experience in digital marketing, project management, and budget management.
* Regulatory & compliance knowledge.
