Project Delivery Manager – Construction & Enabling Works
We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of complex construction support and enabling works projects mostly in the Greater Perth Region.
This role is ideal for a project professional who has operated in high-risk, tightly programmed environments and understands the importance of planning, sequencing and safety-led delivery.
Projects typically involve structural removal, site preparation and staged works delivered in live environments alongside multiple stakeholders.
Role
* End-to-end delivery of construction support and enabling works. In particular demolition
* Management of multiple live projects concurrently
* Coordination of supervisors, subcontractors and specialist plant
* Programming, staging and methodology development
* Oversight of safety, environmental and compliance systems
* Client and consultant liaison
* Project reporting, forecasting and programme tracking
* Supporting site teams with practical leadership
This is a delivery-focused position with strong site involvement and genuine ownership of outcomes.

* Proven project management experience in construction or early-works environments
* Strong understanding of high-risk work activities and sequencing
* Ability to manage dynamic scopes and fast-moving programmes
* Experience working around live sites and operational facilities
* Confident communicator with clients and site leadership teams
* Strong safety-first mindset
* Calm, organised and solutions-focused approach
Experience that would be well regarded
* Demolition or deconstruction exposure
* Structural removal or remediation projects
* Brownfield or live-environment works
* Projects involving temporary works and complex staging
