Our client, a leading provider of non-destructive testing (NDT) services, is committed to maintaining the highest industry standards and is seeking motivated NDT Technicians to join their agile team in Mackay, QLD.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting non-destructive testing methods including Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
- Support senior technicians in inspection and evaluation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of inspections and results.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum three years' experience in NDT.
- Certified in ISO 9712 for PT and MT (minimum requirement).
- Preferably certified in ISO 9712 for UT.
- Background in engineering or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
These fulltime positions are available for persons with an understanding of work safety procedures who would like to join a professional inspection team. Annual Base Salary $75,000 to $95,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
