Office Manager Opportunity – Western Australia | Aged Care
Annual Salary from AU $69,016 to $84,353 – dependent upon grade + superannuation + penalties.
Location: Regis Woodlands – 10 Sabina St, Woodlands WA 6018.
Full‐time role.
Level of experience and skill will determine grade and salary.
Responsibilities
* Maintain confidentiality of all company, resident and employee matters
* Manage staff training, orientation, compliance & education records
* Own and manage staff rostering, allocations and personnel file management
* Reconcile invoices and order processing for clinical, support services and administrative teams
* Process timesheets, coordinate payroll and answer employee queries
* Perform ad‐hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the home
* Provide general HR support, including assistance in recruitment and onboarding processes and gathering employee compliance documentation

* Administrative experience within a fast‐paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Well‐developed interpersonal skills and multi‐tasking abilities
* Reliability and a well‐organized approach
* Prior experience as an office manager in healthcare or aged care (desirable)
* Proven ability to exercise initiative, autonomy and provide proactive support within a team
