In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned design materials that support Clarendon Homes’ marketing campaigns, customer communications, and promotional activities. This role works closely with the Marketing team to bring campaigns to life across digital, print, and in-display environments, helping to enhance customer engagement, elevate the brand presence, and support sales outcomes. What you’ll do You will: Design marketing and promotional materials including brochures, signage, flyers, web banners, EDMs, social media graphics, and in-display collateral. Develop customer-focused communications that are visually engaging and on-brand. Ensure all artwork is prepared correctly for digital or print output. Manage multiple concurrent design projects with accuracy and speed. Work with the Marketing team to understand briefs, project timelines, and creative requirements. Take initiative in creative problem-solving and recommend visual solutions when appropriate Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Experience, and Digital to support specific campaign needs or communication pieces. Communicate clearly on project status, feedback, and approvals Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all visual assets. Maintain and update internal asset libraries including templates, logos, and imagery. Contribute to the development and refinement of design systems and templates to ensure efficiency and cohesion. Prepare files accurately for a variety of production outputs, including pre-press, signage, digital publishing, and large format print. Liaise with external suppliers when needed to ensure correct specifications and smooth handover. Conduct quality checks to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the production process About you To be considered, you will need to have: Previous experience within a similar role, ideally in an in-house or agency marketing environment. Proven experience designing for both digital and print channels. Experience working with brand style guides and campaign rollouts Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Familiarity with preparing artwork for both digital publishing and commercial printing. Working knowledge of email, social media, and digital ad design formats. Understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy Creative and driven attitude, with a strong eye for detail. Confidence in taking ownership of assigned projects. Positive and solutions-focused, with strong initiative. Open to feedback and committed to growth.
